'Seoul ADEX Office’ (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'.) complies with the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 and related laws and regulations to protect the freedom and rights of information subjects, and processes personal information legally and manages it safely. In accordance with Article 30 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」, in order to guide information subjects on the procedures and standards for processing personal information, and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances, we establish and disclose the personal information processing policy as follows.
1. Purpose of processing personal information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures will be implemented, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

- When applying for pre-registration/on-site registration (observation) of the event, it is used for access management and event guidance to the venue
- Registration for participation in event-related programs (seminars, conferences, forums, conferences) and provision of visitor information

- Issuance of entry and exit passes
- When providing event related newsletters
- If there is a prize, the purpose of providing the prize
- Used for member management, improvement of service provision, and development of new service
- Confirmation of participation in events, used for marketing and advertising
- Analysis and service provision according to demographic characteristics
- Development of new services, provision of various services, handling inquiries or complaints, delivery of notices
- Records of service use, statistics on access frequency and service use, establishment of a service environment in terms of privacy protection, provision of customized services, and use of services to improve services
- When you visit a exhibitor's booth and scan the QR (or barcode) of your pass on the participant's pass scanner, your personal information will be used by agreeing to the collection and use of personal information to the exhibitor.
2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
After the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information will be destroyed. If it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the company will keep the member information for a certain period of time as stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations as follows, and in this case, the company will transfer the personal information to a separate database (DB) or save it in a different storage location. 4. Matters concerning the provision of personal information to third parties
① The Company processes the personal information of the information subject only within the scope specified in the purpose of processing the personal information, and provides personal information to a third party only when it violates Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the consent of the information subject and special provisions of the law, and does not provide the personal information of the information subject to a third party otherwise.

- If you scan the QR/Barcode of the pass into the QR/Barcode reader at each company's booth in the exhibition hall, the pre-registered information will be provided to the company, which can be used for marketing purposes. Please pay attention to this when visiting the exhibition and scan it into the QR/Barcode reader at each company's booth.

④ You have the right to withdraw the consent to the provision of personal information to a third party. If you do not give your consent, you may not be able to receive the services of the event.
⑤ In accordance with the "Rules for the Processing and Protection of Personal Information in Case of Emergency", it is jointly announced by the relevant government departments, the Company may provide personal information to related agencies without the consent of the information subject in the event of an emergency such as a disaster, infectious disease, an incident or accident that poses an imminent danger to life or body, or an imminent loss of property.

② In accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company stipulates in documents such as contracts the prohibition of processing personal information other than for the purpose of performing the consignment work, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of the consignee, and liability for compensation for damages, and supervises whether the consignee handles personal information safely.
③ If the contents of the consignment work or the consignee are changed, we will disclose it through this personal information processing policy without delay.
6. Procedure and method of destruction of personal information
① When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the purpose of processing, the company destroys the personal information without delay.
② If the personal information retention period agreed by the information subject has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, but the personal information must be preserved in accordance with other laws and regulations, the personal information shall be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different storage location.
③ The procedure and method of destroying personal information are as follows.
1) Destruction procedure
- The company selects the personal information for which the reason for destruction occurred and destroys the personal information with the approval of the person in charge of personal information protection <the name of the personal information controller>

- The company destroys personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files so that the records cannot be reproduced, and destroys personal information recorded and stored in paper documents by shredding or incinerating
7. Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
① The information subject may exercise the right to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information at any time against the company.
② The exercise of rights may be made in writing, e-mail, fax, etc., in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」, and the <name of the personal information controller> will be taken without delay.
③ The exercise of rights may be made through an agent such as a legal representative of the information subject or a person authorized by authority. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with the form of "Notice on How to Process Personal Information (No. 2020-7)" Appendix No. 11.
④ Requests for access to and suspension of processing of personal information may be restricted by the rights of the information subject in accordance with Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as the subject of collection in other laws and regulations.
⑥ The Company confirms whether the person who made the request for access, such as a request for access, correction or deletion, or suspension of processing in accordance with the rights of the information subject, is the person or a legitimate representative

9. Matters concerning the installation, operation and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices
① The company uses 'cookies' that store and retrieve usage information from time to time in order to provide users with personalized services.
② Cookies are sent by the server (HTTP) used to operate the website to the user's computer browser. It is a small amount of information and is stored on the hard disk of the user's PC computer.
1) Purpose of use of cookies: They are used to provide optimized information to users by identifying the types of visits and uses of each service and website visited by the user, popular search terms, secure access, etc.
2) Installation, operation, and rejection of cookies: You can refuse to store cookies through the option setting in the tool >Internet Options> Privacy menu at the top of the web browser.
3) If you refuse to store cookies, you may experience difficulties in using customized services.
10. Matters concerning the collection, use, provision and rejection of behavioral information
The company does not collect, use, or provide behavioral information for online customized advertisements.

The company pseudonymizes specific individuals collected for AI face recognition technology research, event performance analysis, and statistics, and processes them as follows.
