The purpose of collection of personal information

Collecting personal information is for following purposes:

  • - the introduction of "H2 MEET 2024"
  • - membership services such as complaint handling
  • - delivery of advertisement and events schedule

Information to be collected

For registration, consultation, service applications, the following information is collected:

  • - Name, company name, company website, company address, fax number, phone number, e-mail, access logs, cookies, IP information, etc.

Duration of retention of personal data

  • - Personal data will not be kept longer than that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is collected.

User’s rights and obligations

  • - You have the right to deny collection of your personal information. But please be reminded you cannot access to registration without provision of required personal information.

Position of the face, size

  • The area (blue box) of the face should be included in the picture, and photographs with the face ratio of more than 60% of the total size.
  • Only one person’s face should be in the picture
  • Your face should show your eyes, nose, and mouth. Keep your eyes on the front as much as you can
  • Face size at least 200*200 pixels (photo size recommended 350*450) pixels
  • File format : jpg,png
  • File size : less than 3MB

Photographic equipments and photographs

  • Identification picture/cellphone picture is ok
  • It may not be recognized when using the calibration application
  • All responsibility for using photos other than your own face is on the person concerned

Notice of consent to use personal information (photo)

  • Uploaded photos are collected and used for the face recognition system for identification when entering the exhibition
  • This is used by Govent Co., Ltd., which operates the ai face recognition registration system. It
