<SEOUL MOBILITY SHOW>Privacy Policy

To protect the freedom and rights of information subjects, 'Korea Automobile and Mobility Association' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations and processes and safely manages personal information legally. Accordingly, in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, to guide the information subject on the procedures and standards for the processing of personal information, and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances, the following personal information processing policy shall be established and disclosed.

1. Purpose of processing personal information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

After achieving the purpose of collecting and using personal information, the information will be promptly destroyed. However, if it is necessary to retain the information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the Company will store the member information for a certain period prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations as follows. In such cases, the company will move the personal information to a separate database (DB) or store it in a different location for preservation. (If you wish to have the information destroyed, please contact the personal information protection officer below.)

3. Items of personal information to be processed

The Company collects the minimum necessary personal information required for event notifications and the provision of related services.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

② In order to provide smooth services, the Company obtains the data subject's consent and only provides the necessary minimum range of information in the following cases.

③ You have the right to refuse to consent to the provision of personal information to a third party. If you do not agree, you may not be able to receive the services of the event.

④ In accordance with the "Regulations for the Handling and Protection of Personal Information in Emergencies" jointly announced by the relevant government departments, the Company may provide personal information to the relevant agencies without the consent of the information subject in the event of an emergency, such as an emergency, an infectious disease, an incident or accident that causes an imminent danger to life or body, or an imminent loss of property.

5. Consignment of Personal Information Processing

② In accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company specifies in documents such as contracts matters related to the prohibition of processing personal information other than for the purpose of carrying out the entrusted business, technical and managerial protection measures, restriction on re-entrustment, management and supervision of the consignee, and compensation for damages, and supervises whether the consignee handles personal information safely.

③ If there is a change in the contents of the consignment or the consignee, it will be disclosed through this privacy policy without delay.

6. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information

① The Company destroys the personal information without delay when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the purpose of processing.
② In the event that it is necessary to continue to preserve personal information in accordance with other laws and regulations even after the expiration of the personal information retention period agreed by the information subject or the purpose of processing it has been achieved, the personal information shall be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different storage location.
③ The procedure and method of destruction of personal information are as follows.

1) Destruction Procedure
- The Company selects the personal information for which the reason for destruction has occurred and destroys the personal information with the approval of the person in charge of personal information protection of the <name of the personal information controller>
2) Destruction method
- The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files so that the records cannot be reproduced, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding with a shredder or incineration.

7. Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercising Rights

① The information subject may exercise the right to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information against the Company at any time.
② The Company may exercise its rights in writing, e-mail, fax, etc., in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the <Name of the Personal Information Controller> will take action without delay.
③ The exercise of rights may be done through the legal representative of the information subject or an agent such as a delegated person. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with the form of Attachment No. 11 of the "Notice on Personal Information Processing Method (No. 2020-7)".
④ The request to view and suspend the processing of personal information may be restricted in accordance with Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Requests for correction or deletion of personal information may not be made if the personal information is specified as the object of collection under other laws and regulations.
⑥ In the event of a request for access, correction or deletion, or suspension of processing in accordance with the rights of the information subject, the Company shall confirm whether the person who made the request is the person himself or his or her legitimate representative.
⑦ In principle, you have the right to refuse to consent to the collection of personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, and if you refuse to consent to the collection, you will be restricted from entering the event.

8. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information.

② Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of personal information, installation and renewal of security programs

9. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and refusal of automatic collection of personal information

① The Company uses 'cookies' to store and retrieve usage information from time to time in order to provide users with individually customized services.
② Cookies are sent to the user's computer browser by the server (http) used to operate the website. It is a small amount of information and may be stored on the hard disk of the user's PC.

1) Purpose of using cookies: They are used to provide optimized information to users by identifying the types of visits and use of each service and website visited by the user, popular search terms, and secure access.
2) Installation, operation, and refusal of cookies: You can refuse to store cookies through the option settings in the tool >Internet Options> Personal Information menu at the top of the web browser.
3) If you refuse to store cookies, it may be difficult to use customized services.

10. Matters concerning the collection, use, provision and refusal of behavioral information

The Company does not collect, use, or provide behavioral information for online personalized advertising.

② The information subject may contact the person in charge of personal information protection regarding all matters related to personal information protection, complaint handling, and damage relief that occurred while using the company's services (or business). 12. Remedies for Infringement of Rights

① The information subject may apply for dispute resolution or consultation to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee and the Personal Information Infringement Report Center of the Korea Internet & Security Agency in order to receive relief from personal information infringement. - This Privacy Policy will be applied from February 26, 2025.

<GENERAL Terms>

Korea Automobile and Mobility Association established with its headquarters at 25, Banpo-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul (Postal code: 06710) is referred to as the "Organizer".
The Seoul Mobility Show, operated by the Organizer, is referred to as an "exhibition".

The exhibition ticket categories are as follows.

All tickets cannot be re-entered after leaving the exhibition hall.

Ticket purchasers can visit the exhibition in the relevant exhibition hall and on the date and time.
By purchasing a ticket to the Exhibition and entering the Exhibition, you ("you") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and Terms ("These Rules and Conditions"), as well as any other terms and conditions that the Organizer may be aware of to visitors, as well as the contents of the Ticket.
Students (elementary, middle, high school, 18 years old or younger) and senior citizens (65 years old or older) ticket purchasers must present a valid photo ID such as a passport or student ID card along with the ticket upon entry.
Buyers of the Seoul Mobility Show group discount (10 people or more) cannot cancel or receive a refund if they use (enter) even one ticket. (If the number of people changes, please cancel the reservation and repurchase.)
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the subject matter or form thereof (including disputes or claims outside of contractual relationships) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
If the laws of the state or country in which these rules and terms are intended to take effect are determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, then to the extent such provision or terms are held to be illegal, void or unenforceable in such jurisdiction, they will be deemed severed and severed, and the remaining provisions and terms will continue to survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
To the extent permitted by law, any legal proceeding that a Ticket Holder may bring in connection with a Ticket must be brought within one (1) year from the date of the claim or cause of action arose.
The Organizer reserves the right to change and/or amend these rules and terms and conditions from time to time.

<Admission Conditions>

Holders of valid tickets can enter the exhibition on the date and time specified on the ticket. Visitors without a valid entry ticket will not be admitted to the exhibition. Admission is available one hour before closing time (Seoul Mobility Show: 5 p.m. on weekdays and 6 p.m. on weekends.) After that, you will not be able to enter the exhibition.
Parking tickets cannot be used to enter the exhibition. Tickets to the exhibition must be purchased separately.
Students (elementary, middle, high school, 18 years old or younger) and seniors (65 years old or older) must have a valid ticket and a valid photo ID such as a passport and student ID to enter the exhibition. If you do not have a valid ID, you will be denied entry and unused tickets will only be refunded until 13 April 2025 at 6 p.m.
Even if you purchase a ticket, you can enter the exhibition with the mobile ticket received via notification or email.
If the mobile ticket link (URL) is exposed to the outside and used by others, it cannot be used by the person himself, and it cannot be canceled or refunded, so please be careful not to expose it to the outside.
Unauthorized performances are not permitted at the exhibition.
Unauthorized leaflets or other marketing materials may not be distributed without permission at the exhibition.
It is your responsibility to check the ticket as errors cannot always be corrected, and the Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect, lost or stolen tickets.
By ordering a ticket, you confirm and acknowledge that all details provided to the ticket issuer are correct, and you agree to be provided with an electronic ticket by the ticket issuer immediately after payment is processed.
Tickets may not be used as contest prizes, "prizes" or raffle tickets without prior written consent, at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Tickets must not be resold, exchanged, altered or damaged. Any such act will render the ticket invalid (and any person holding such a ticket may be refused entry or ejected from the exhibition at the sole discretion of the Organizer). The use of the following tickets is prohibited:
1. Copied ticket
2. Screenshot of ticket
3. Tickets altered using Photoshop (or similar program)
4. Copy of ticket
5. Other illegally produced or distributed tickets
6. When using someone else's ticket
Upon entering the Exhibition Hall, all visitors agree to accept and abide by all Exhibition Hall rules and regulations (as may be updated from time to time) set by the Organizer or the exhibition venue, as well as any other regulations provided from time to time at the time of entry.
In order to ensure the security, safety and well-being of all visitors to the Exhibition, the Organisers may, at its absolute discretion, conduct security checks on persons, clothing, bags and all other items upon entry and exit of the Exhibition and confiscate and refuse entry to the Exhibition if they are illegal or may cause danger and/or inconvenience to the Exhibition or other visitors or may be in violation of these Regulations and Terms and Conditions. Any person who resists the confiscation of prohibited items or ignores these rules and terms will be ejected from the exhibition hall.
Large bags (including but not limited to suitcases, backpacks, folding bicycles, scooters) or larger items than handbags or laptop bags may not be brought into the exhibition. Visitors with these items will be denied entry.

- · Items containing political, social criticism, commercial, racial discrimination, religious or sexual language: banners, pictures, printed materials, placards, clothing, etc.

  * However, excluding guide dogs for the disabled
- · Narcotics, psychotropic drugs
- · Food and drinks
  * However, food and beverages are available for patients.
Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please bring a valid photo ID to prove your age upon request. If you do not provide a valid photo ID, you may be asked to stop purchasing and/or be asked to leave the exhibition.
The Organizer reserves the following rights:
1. Refusal of entry to the exhibition to anyone without a valid ticket (including counterfeit, screenshot, altered and/or defaced tickets)
2. Admission to the exhibition will be denied to students and senior citizen ticket holders who fail to present a valid photo ID.
3. Expulsion of any person who: violates these rules and conditions, commits a crime, behaves in a disorderly manner or in a manner detrimental to public safety, behaves in an anti-social manner or in a manner detrimental to public safety, or other visitors. Acting in a manner that is inappropriate and/or detrimental to the safety and/or security of, behaving in an aggressive, aggressive or rude manner towards employees, and/or using drugs and/or excessive alcohol.
4. Expulsion of visitors who are acting irrationally and/or in an unacceptable manner at the absolute discretion of the Organizer.
The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at the exhibition.
All animals except service animals for disabled people are prohibited at the exhibition.
Unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Organizer, no commercial, sales promotion or trading activities (including sale or distribution of any kind of goods) are permitted at the exhibition in the aisles or any area inside or around the venue. The Organizer has the right to confiscate any goods that violate this clause.
Copyright of all sounds, videos or photos in all media, including the Internet, belongs solely to the organizer. All material captured, filmed or recorded at the exhibition may be viewed and used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and not for commercial gain.
By entering the exhibition venue, you agree and consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors attending the exhibition, and grant your permission to the Organizers, their affiliates and those authorized by them, to use such photographs, films and recordings (including any copies), and for your image, likeness, mannerisms and/or voice to be included in any content from such filming, photographs and/or recording (and edited) without compensation and/or credit, which content may be communicated and/or exploited in any and all media worldwide in all perpetuity including for future marketing and promotional material for the exhibition venue; being photographed, filmed or recorded for television, radio, webcast, podcast and other public broadcast in any medium; and/or being recorded by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.
Visitors agree to adhere to any policies or restrictions relating to mobile phones and camera usage put in place by the Organizers and/or any exhibitions' exhibitors.
In the event of an emergency, Ticket holders and all visitors to the venue must follow instructions and directions from staff, security and/or other officials.
Certain exhibits within the venue may contain flashing lights, strobe lights or neon lights which may cause discomfort or seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Please exercise caution and seek assistance if necessary.
You acknowledge that your attendance at the exhibition is entirely at your own risk and that neither the Promoter nor any of its employees, contractors or agents shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage (life or property) suffered by you, including consequential losses, except for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its employees, contractors or agents, and secondly, all other liabilities which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Organizer shall not be financially or otherwise liable for any loss or liability incurred by the visitors to the Exhibition as a result of any contract entered into with the Exhibitor or any advice sought or obtained from the Exhibitor of the Exhibitor.

<Purchase Conditions>

Tickets shall be issued in accordance with these Rules and Terms and Conditions and shall remain the property of the Organizer, which reserves the right to withdraw all Tickets at any time in accordance with these Rules and Conditions.
All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged once tickets have been purchased, unless otherwise stated in these Rules and Terms and Conditions.
All unused tickets (Seoul Mobility Show Invitation, Seoul Mobility Show Regular Ticket, Seoul Mobility Show Discount Ticket for Student, Senior, Men of National Merit) cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged after 18:00 on April 13, 2025. (Refunds, cancellations and exchanges are only possible before 18:00 on April 13, 2025.)
For refunds, please check with the site where you purchased the product.
Used (exhibition admission) tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged under any circumstances.
Once even one group ticket for the Seoul Mobility Show has entered the exhibition, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged under any circumstances. (If the number of people changes, please cancel the reservation and re-purchase.)
If an exhibition is postponed (on whole or if the applicable date of the exhibition associated with your ticket is postponed), your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled exhibition date. If you are unable or choose not to attend the changed exhibition date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of your ticket, but no refund will be given for any other expenses.
If the exhibition is cancelled prior to the opening day of the exhibition (if applicable) (on whole or if the applicable date of the exhibition relating to your ticket is cancelled), you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket, but no refund will be made for any other expenses. Details on how to claim a refund will be provided by the organisers on the day and/or on the exhibition website.
If the date of the exhibition to which your ticket relates is shortened, the Organizer may provide a refund (in whole or in part) or reschedule the date of the exhibition (in a reasonable manner) in its sole discretion. Any changes to the shortened exhibition schedule will also be subject to the provisions of Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
You are responsible for all travel and accommodation arrangements for the exhibition. Except as provided in these Regulations and Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage, including, but not limited to, travel or accommodation expenses, arising out of any postponement, cancellation, abandonment, or shortening of the exhibition. You waive any and all claims against the Organizers, the Organizer's employees, contractors, agents, or representatives related to the postponement, cancellation, abandonment, or shortening of the exhibition.
Tickets are non-refundable and in the event of an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer may make changes or modifications related to the exhibition (including the contents of the exhibition or the schedule of all or part of the exhibition) without any obligation to refund or exchange the tickets. Where Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 apply, the provisions of those sections shall apply in effect. It is your responsibility to confirm the date, time, and location of the rescheduled exhibition.
You hereby confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Addendum

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of February 26, 2025.
