To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, we ask that visitors adhere to the following guidelines.

Bag

For your safety, please do not bring backpacks, crossbody bags, suitcases, or trolleys of any size into the exhibition hall.

Security Check

Prior to entering the exhibition hall, visitors and their belongings may be inspected by on-site security staff. Please follow the instructions and requests of the security personnel.

Personal belongings

Please pay attention to theft and loss of personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for any loss of belongings.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall: backpacks, crossbody bags, suitcases, trolleys, items that can cause damage, firearms, items for self-defense or sharp objects, drones, and recreational wheeled devices (e.g. Segways, rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, etc., except for mobility aids)

Photography Policy

Private photography for non-commercial use is permitted as long as it does not interfere with the exhibition and must be done in consideration of the safety of the exhibits and other visitors. Press and promotional photography and film may be taken in the exhibition hall, and the audience may be photographed in this way and used for media distribution and other purposes in the future. Participation in the exhibition constitutes consent to the use of the images for non-commercial use.

Distribute marketing materials

Distribution of leaflets and marketing materials not authorized by the organizer is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall.

Guide Animals

Except for service dogs, no other pets are allowed in the exhibition hall.

Food & Beverage

Eating and drinking food and beverages brought in from outside are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
However, food and beverages for patients are allowed.

No smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition grounds.

Children's Policy

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 7 years old can enter for free if they are accompanied by a paying adult. Strollers are permitted inside the exhibition hall. Please instruct children to walk and not run, to avoid damaging the exhibits, and to respect requests from security and ushers.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry depending on the circumstances. All matters not specified in these guidelines will be determined at the site discretion of the organizer and will be subject to applicable law.
